Is history always true?

This question is asked frequently, but there are people with different opinions, Some say history is completely true, some say It is completely false and some say it is partially true,

Which category Do you belong to?

I belong to the third category because the history we know is the written history or Oral history, Written history can be more exact than oral history as It is human nature to say things differently which they have heard, Written history is mostly dependent on opinions but the base of written history is also the oral history, 

what is the history we are learning? 

We are learning the written history, but the question is 

The history we are learning is the true history or not?

These days, It totally depends on the author, the book you are reading, the country you are living in, the circle you are connected, your type of interest in history, and what you want to know about history,

The Capitalist community mostly want you to learn the history which can make your thoughts strong about the capitalist system and holding their backs, Most countries want you to read the history which supports their ideology and way of living in their community, 

these are the things that make us lose our interest in history and make us far away from the reality of true history.

What can you do to learn the true history?

Autobiographies and biographies are the best books to learn about the history of an individual's life,  the books written by the author who was living at the time of the incident, reading the authors who were closest to the people who were part of the occurrence of the time.

Histories and our life?

Our life is affected by what we read and what we taught, teachers play a vital role in what we are being taught about history or any subject in general, but teachers teach us things that they have been learning from the beginning, the chronological and traditional method of educating ourselves is continued till today, Our ideologies are affected and mostly in the wrong direction to support the wrong people and system, is what affects our lives.
